Customer Information Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

Artstone Panel Sistemleri A.Ş., which commenced operations in 2005 as a pioneer and innovative brand in decorative wall panels, has transformed the concept and vision of decoration in Turkey, offering creative decorative wall covering solutions inspired by nature for all spaces, within the framework of customer satisfaction.

As Artstone Panel Sistemleri A.Ş. (“Company” or “Artstone“), we attach great importance to the protection of personal data belonging to our customers, potential customers and visitors. We fully comply with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”), secondary legislation, Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) decisions, and other relevant legislation and GDPR.

We collect and keep your personal data confidential, in accordance with privacy principles and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), as the data controller whose details are provided below, through our sales channels. With this document, we fulfil our obligation to inform and request your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data.

Name, surname, Turkish ID number, nationality information, country, city, passport number, place and date of issue, signature, vehicle registration number, company, profession, address, e-mail address, telephone number, load information, registration information, payment information, request or complaint data, website data, cookies and log records, including transaction security information and camera recordings, primarily for the execution of our work; accessible at ilkgun.cfd.

Artstone Panel A.Ş. Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy (“Policy”) document, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Data Security & Retention

We protect your personal data by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security, as stipulated in the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy, which can also be accessed at the same address, and we delete, destroy or anonymize it within the periodic destruction period (6 months) following the end of this period.

Transfer of Personal Data

We may share your personal data with natural persons or private legal entities, shareholders, business partners, subsidiaries and affiliates, suppliers, authorised public institutions and organisations, private insurance companies, auditors, consultants, contracted service providers, domestic organisations we collaborate with, and on our social media account, provided that it is in accordance with the legislation and with your explicit consent.

We may share your personal data with third countries for purposes determined in accordance with Article 8 of the Law and abroad in accordance with the personal data processing activities of the Law are met.

We send commercial electronic communications regarding the products and services we offer through your contact details in relation to our activities, the promotion of new products and services, and special offers, provided that we have your explicit consent. You have the right to opt out of these communications and discontinue communication at any time.
