Spectra
A sculptural surface that carries the dramatic energy of fractured rock formations onto walls through three-dimensional engineering.
Spectra is a fiber–fiberglass-based wall panel reinforced with mineral additives, designed to recreate the multilayered structure of fractured rock surfaces in three-dimensional form. Its deep embossed profile enhances both the panel’s impact performance and the optical depth that evokes a natural stone effect. With its dimensional stability and high environmental resistance, Spectra provides a long-lasting cladding solution with minimal joint lines across large surfaces.

- Technical DescriptionThe Spectra Panel is an advanced fiber- and fiberglass-based wall panel developed to reinterpret crack formations, fractured rock textures, and irregular stone-surface transitions found in mineral environments. The panel’s multilayered embossed structure consisting of sharp protrusions, fractured lines, and dense stone-form transitions is transferred directly from the master model using high-resolution surface replication techniques, preserving every detail. This allows the surface to reproduce the natural dynamism and sharp geological character of rock formations with striking realism and depth.
The panel core is composed of fiberglass layers reinforced with mineral additives. Despite its low density, this composite structure delivers high mechanical strength, behaves stably under horizontal and vertical loads, minimizes bending across wide surfaces, and disperses impact energy to reduce cracking risks. Mineral additives increase surface hardness, while fiber reinforcement ensures stable performance in demanding applications.
Spectra exhibits low thermal expansion in environments with significant temperature fluctuations; it maintains dimensional integrity through thermal cycles without blistering, linear separation, or thermal deformation. Its three-dimensional relief profile enhances aesthetic depth while distributing impact loads across the structure, contributing to long-term mechanical stability.
Surface components are formulated with stabilized pigments and binders engineered to withstand UV exposure, humidity, rain, water vapor, chemical atmospheres, and outdoor conditions. Under intense sunlight, the surface does not chalk or fade; during freeze–thaw cycles, the elastic behavior of fiberglass layers is maintained, preventing cracking or delamination. These qualities make the panel a reliable cladding solution for both interior spaces and controlled exterior environments.
The low surface density of Spectra minimizes static load on the supporting structure, while its large panel format reduces the number of joints needed, creating a seamless visual appearance across expansive surfaces. Its fiber–fiberglass composition offers high workability, allowing easy cutting, drilling, and edge shaping on-site ideal for integrating electrical systems, lighting elements, and customized architectural details. Installation is performed with screw–dowel fastening, and the stable composite core ensures strong anchorage at connection points, supporting long-term structural stability.
The Spectra Panel with its high thermal resistance, strong mechanical performance relative to its low density, UV and atmospheric durability, embossed geometry that diffuses impact energy, acoustically beneficial surface topography, and mineral-reinforced fiber–fiberglass core is engineered as a high-performance cladding solution for architectural projects requiring long-lasting and technically robust surfaces.
The panel’s advanced composite structure aligns naturally with sustainability principles. Its lightweight yet durable composition improves energy efficiency during production, transportation, and installation, while its long service life helps optimize material cycles. Free of harmful chemical components, it supports indoor air quality and user well-being. These characteristics ensure strong compatibility with LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certification criteria related to material health, resource efficiency, durability, and indoor comfort.
Spectra is a premium architectural panel that brings the dramatic power of geological formations into modern design, offering a unified balance of aesthetic impact, technical performance, and sustainable material engineering. - FormatsPanel Size: 290 cm × 120 cm [h] (± 1%)Panel Thickness: ~ 20–25 mmTexture Depth: ~ 20–25 mmWeight: ~ 9.5–10 kg/m²
