Tocho
A modern 3D panel that brings the natural order of cylindrical logs to your walls.
Tocho is a high-performance fiberglass-based wall panel that transforms the stacked appearance of cylindrical cut logs into a realistic three-dimensional texture. Its large, easy-to-install panel size and strong technical stability provide long-lasting and authentic cladding for interior spaces and suitable exterior applications.

- Technical DescriptionThe Tocho Panel is a decorative wall panel engineered to reproduce the natural appearance of stacked cylindrical wood logs through a fiber–fiberglass composite structure. The panel surface features a multilayered topography composed of rounded log sections, grain patterns, surface depressions, and organic irregularities. Through high-resolution molding, these details are transferred directly from the original log model, ensuring the realistic depth, organic character, and tactile richness of natural wood.
Its structural core is formed from fiberglass layers reinforced with mineral additives. This composite system provides high rigidity and stability even across large surfaces, preventing deformation under bending, warping, or impact loads. Lightweight yet strong, Tocho offers an efficient engineering solution that combines durability with ease of installation.
The panel is optimized for low thermal expansion, ensuring stability under temperature fluctuations and humidity changes. Its surface does not blister, peel, or warp under thermal stress. The three-dimensional log geometry distributes impact energy across the surface, increasing impact resistance despite the panel’s light weight and minimizing long-term surface fatigue.
The surface formulation is stabilized against UV exposure, water, moisture, and chemical atmospheric elements. As a result, Tocho maintains long-term color accuracy, textural integrity, and mechanical reliability even in semi-exterior conditions. It resists fading, chalking, or surface degradation over time.
Thanks to its fiber–fiberglass internal structure, Tocho offers excellent workability. It can be easily cut, drilled, and shaped to accommodate project-specific needs, allowing seamless integration of electrical outlets, lighting systems, service conduits, and custom architectural details. Installation follows a screw + dowel mechanical fastening method, and the stable composite core provides strong anchorage to ensure long-term surface integrity.
The Tocho Panel delivers a versatile architectural cladding solution through its realistic 3D log texture, high mechanical strength despite low density, stable performance under thermal cycles and environmental changes, impact-dissipating relief geometry, and highly workable fiberglass composite core.
This advanced composite system also aligns naturally with sustainable architectural requirements. Its lightweight design reduces energy consumption during production, transportation, and installation, while its long-lasting stability improves material efficiency and reduces maintenance needs. Free of harmful chemicals, the panel supports indoor air quality. These characteristics make Tocho fully compatible with LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certification criteria for material health, durability, resource efficiency, and indoor comfort.
Tocho integrates the organic power of stacked logs with contemporary composite engineering, offering both natural and sculptural surface expression for architectural environments. - FormatsPanel Size: 299 × 132 cm [h] (± 1%)Panel Thickness: ~ 10–25 mmTexture Depth: ~ 25–35 mmWeight: ~ 7–8 kg/m²
