It reshapes the natural order of wood through the discipline of engineering.
Träd is a fiber–fiberglass wall panel that reconstructs the characteristic surface structure of linear wooden panels in a three-dimensional technical form. With its lightweight composition, dimensional stability, and high environmental resistance, it is designed for long-term use in both interior and exterior environments.

- Technical DescriptionThe Träd wall panel is an advanced cladding system that brings together the rhythmic form of structured wood surfaces with a high-strength fiber–fiberglass core. The linear wooden forms on the panel surface feature micro-embossed details created through advanced surface replication techniques. This embossed topography not only enhances optical and tactile realism but also serves a geometric function by regulating impact behavior and ensuring controlled load distribution across the surface.
The structural core consists of fiberglass layers reinforced with mineral additives. This composite system stabilizes the panel under bending, torsional, and impact loads, minimizing deformation, local warping, and structural fatigue. Mineral components add rigidity to the surface, while the panel’s lightweight nature reduces static load on the supporting system.
The Träd Panel is optimized to maintain a low thermal expansion rate under temperature and humidity variations. The surface integrity remains intact during thermal cycles, showing no blistering, cracking, or deformation under sudden temperature shifts. The surface coating is stabilized against UV radiation, water vapor, chemical atmospheres, and outdoor conditions—ensuring long-term color stability and surface durability.
The fiberglass-based internal structure offers excellent workability. Standard cutting and drilling techniques allow easy integration of outlet openings, lighting fixtures, service passages, and custom architectural details. Installation is performed through mechanical fastening (screw + dowel), and the stable composite core provides strong anchorage, ensuring long-term performance even on extensive wall surfaces.
The Träd Panel stands out as a versatile high-performance solution thanks to its high elastic-modulus fiber–fiberglass core, strong mechanical durability despite low surface density, UV and moisture resistance, atmospheric stability, impact-diffusion behavior supported by its linear embossed geometry, minimized dimensional change under thermal cycles, and workability on site.
Its advanced composite structure aligns naturally with sustainable architectural standards. The panel’s lightweight composition reduces energy consumption during production, transport, and installation, while its high durability and long-lasting surface performance optimize material longevity. Free of harmful chemical components, it supports indoor air quality and user well-being. These attributes make the Träd Panel compatible with LEED, BREEAM, and WELL certification criteria for material health, resource efficiency, durability, and indoor comfort.
Träd blends the linear aesthetic of wood with contemporary composite engineering, creating warm, structured, and high-performance surfaces for modern architectural design. - FormatsPanel Size: 280 × 109 cm [h] (± 1%)Panel Thickness: ~ 12–14 mmTexture Depth: ~ 14–16 mmWeight: ~ 5–6 kg/m²
